Piezo Buzzer Loud little thing, model PS1240
This is a small but loud piezo buzzer. Piezo buzzers can be used for making beeps and other tones from microcontrollers or other timing sources.
If you're using an Arduino you can use the tone() function to generate various tones. Just hook one pin to ground and the other to an output. You'll get the loudest tones around 4 KHz.
